Function Room Hire 

​The room is available to hold up to 100 Guest.

We have an in-house caterer who you would need to discuss any catering arrangements with in the first instance.

Basic Room (no catering or using in-house caterer)                        £150

Basic Room (external catering, use of kitchen not included)          £175

Dressed Room (includes tablecloths and/or large tabletops)        Add £100

If you use an external caterer, you will have to have an up to date liability insurance in place.

​

The above fees would need to be paid for when booking the room (We do not cater for 13th - 18th, 21st or engagements without prior consent from the club committee).

​

We do not allow drug abuse within the premises, if found the police will be informed and the bar will be closed.

​

Returnable bond against any damage, this is variable on the type of function. You will be responsible for any damaged caused for whatever reason during the function.

​

The bond will be held for any drug use.

​

Please ensure that children are monitored and kept off the golf course. The club does not accept responsibility for anyone being injured by flying golf balls.
